Whether you're new to BJJ or a seasoned practitioner, our classes serve everyone. Our lessons are a perfect balance of drilling and rolling, which means you get the best of both worlds in your quest to learn this art form.

LITTLE WARRIORS PROGRAM

AGES 7-11

Prepare to have fun!

Our Little Warriors class is designed to be dynamic and fun for ages 7-11. Little Warriors will burn energy while learning discipline and a practical martial art. This learning process happens at your own pace in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Contact us today to see what this class is all about!

YOUTH PROGRAM

AGES 12-14

Time to Level Up

Our Youth Program is great for ages 12-14. During this class you will make friends, have fun and learn self-defence techniques, that will help develop confidence at this important age.

ADULT PROGRAM

AGES 15+

Challenge Yourself

Personal Growth Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitusu! Meet new people, learning self-defence, improve fitness or train for competition. The adult classes are adapted towards your goals!
